Clip Process

The processing of pre-produced foils, films or plastic fabrics offers us greater flexibility in meeting the demands of our customers. The decisive factor here is the ability to make a hose from these individual strips of films, foils or fabrics.  Using the especially developed “Clip” process, a steel strip is formed into a profile and the other material strips placed inside. The clip-machine then propels the profile in a corkscrew movement during which the profile is pressed thus “clipping” the materials together. This special “clip” process mechanically joins the hose material with the metal outer helix, making it extremely robust with incredible tensile strength.
