Material

  • spiral: spring steel wire
  • wall: electrically conductive polyurethane
  • wall thickness between spirals approx. 1.4 mm

Applications

  • Suction of coarse-grained media with high flow rate
  • Danger zones, which require electrically conductive hoses
  • Special hose for industrial vacuum cleaners in explosion-protected areas
  • Suction & transport hose for abrasive solids, liquids and gases
  • Protective hose against mechanical wear
  • Oil mist extraction/suction

  • halogen-free
  • increased pressure and vacuum resistance

  • good resistance to chemicals, oil and fuel
  • generally good UV and ozone resistance
  • configurable as a hose system with digital interface for compatibility with the AMPIUS® APP
